Next 3 month Temperature Outlook


 The general idea that the next 3 months the outlook remains in the warmer than normal side. This is quite surprising to see especially that La Niña is in place and typically ushers in colder and wetter conditions but so far very un La Niña like in these outlooks. 

Next 3-4 Week Temperature Out Look


 The Climate Prediction Center forecasts that Warmth will persist through the end of October. Longer range Modes also show that in General November and December Could be Warmer than normal as well.

 Dry theme dominates the Precip scene over the next 2 weeks does not bode well for fall colors

 The longer range ECMWF The European Center for Medium Weather Forecast Model is showing a bit of Indian summer like warmth coming after the cold spell that starts with the last week of September and into the beginnings of October. Temperatures could rebound as much as 5-10 degrees in our area maybe more depending on how this warm dome sets up

 The Outlook from The Climate Prediction Center has the majority of the country being dry and the country being warmer than normal. 

Severe Weather Possible in Northland


 The Northland of the upper Midwest is outlooked for severe weather. With the change in the seasons it is for the most part over with severe weather for the majority of the Great Lakes regions. There maybe a small flare up of severe weather in October but not much more after that.
