Here are some local heat index values from Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and North West Indiana as of 11Am central time.
As you can see there are heat index values all ready in the upper 90s to 100+ already across the area. These values will continue to increase through out the day. Take outdoor tasks a bit more slowly.
