Scattered showers popping up this afternoon

Showers and storms as predicted in scattered fashion are popping up across the area storms will remain typical garden variety type. No severe storms to be expected. On the radar image you can see the breeze being pushed inland by the NE winds pushing up against the warm southerly winds that brought the last of the warmth and humidity for awhile. These localized pop up storms will be moving south over the next several hours. If you do get under one of these showers you may pick up a quick 1/2” to 1” under one of these.
