Isaias Downgraded from Hurricane to Tropical Storm

Isaias has been down graded from a hurricane to a tropical storm. Overnight monitoring may warrant an upgrade again to a hurricane. Track looks to impact major cities along the east coast. Charleston, Richmond, DC, Baltimore, NYC and Boston very important to get details right on a storm impacting this many large metropolitan areas.
