When Is The Snow Going to Arrive ?

 Here is the thoughts and timing when the snow will arrive across the area. Most of the snow will spread from SW to NE. Areas south of interstate 88 in Illinois should see little to no snow. Models particularly the Nam Model has been pulling the system and snow totals further south. I would estimate that the snow should start about 4 pm near Rockford IL and spread into the City of Chicago by about 6pm.
