Western Us still staying wet into the 2 week range while the center of the US stays very dry in the eastern 2/3rds. The Precip trend has shifted from wet in the East and dry in the west to now being dry in the eastern 2/3rds and wet in the west.
The long term drought of about a decade has cost farmers and other industries due to the long term fall of water levels in water sources and water ways
