Mid January Temperature Outlook has Canada well above normal if you refer to the scale on the side of the frame. This is the point where we are in the middle of the coldest part of the year where we have no real cold air in sight that comes charging across the pole or down from the north pole in a polar vortex. This is the superior ECMWF model which is a far superior model to the US and global models.
